Zillow.com is looking for an experienced Advertising Account Executive to join our ad sales team. The ideal candidate is one who has a passion for selling and a demonstrable record of success prospecting, closing, and retaining new advertisers to establishing a diverse and stable book of business. You must be capable of presenting articulately, enthusiastically and persuasively in person, on the phone, or in writing. In this role, your core responsibilities will be to grow the Zillow.com advertiser base within specific verticals and to achieve specific revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with other offices to drive revenue growth in all vertical groups from new and existing customers.
• Use your knowledge of regional clients and agencies to develop high–level relationships.
• Work consultatively with major customers to optimize their advertising spending.
• Understand, adapt, and contribute to the evolution of our advertising products and services
• Establish and maintain advertising agency relations while being a positive and influential presence in your region.

• Detail–oriented with impeccable follow–through.
• Cross–functional knowledge of sales and operations.
• Strategic vision for regional revenue growth.

Requirements and Compensation:

• BA/BS degree. Exceptional academic experience required.
• 7+ years advertising sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of regional client base and agencies or strong Internet advertising experience required.
• Compensation includes base, commission and stock options.
• 35% travel required.
