The Company is fully funded for 3 years and led by serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist Martin Tobias.
We’re all about Ruby on Rails and clean great design. We’re looking for a range of junior–mid–senior Ruby on Rails developers. The ideal candidate is a battle–hardened veteran that has seen projects through the complete software life–cycle; from design and development to testing and production deployment (and beyond).
We need Lead Developer/Product Manager who knows how to manage but still loves to code as well as plenty of Programmer Engineers who would rather focus on their iPod and writing awesome code full time.
We’re still a relatively small team, which means you’ll deal with a minimum of bureaucracy and micromanagement and have a lot of input over the future direction of the site. I bet you and your friends would actually use the site. There is already a multi–year roadmap of great product features to build.
We’ll give you a healthy base compensation with a significant performance bonus. And BIG monitors, flexible hours and full health benefits.
Sound tempting? Send us your resume and, if it is applicable, some samples of your work: jobs@kashless.org or better yet, apply online at Kashless.org. We are really looking for full–time employees, but will consider temp–to–perm or long–term contractors if you’re a close match and willing to work on–site with our team in Seattle, WA.
