Matthew Forkner’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, as well as start-ups and venture capital. Prior to pursuing a career in law, Forkner worked for a start-up software company as director of global business development.
Resource Nights, offered by the UW Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, bring in experts from the local entrepreneurial community to teach various aspects of writing and presenting a business plan. These sessions are open to students and the public.
