We had many people taking pictures and recording video and hopefully we'll gather it all here for everyone to see, but it will take a couple of days. If you did that and you uploaded somewhere on the web, tag them with "seattleawards" and let us know. We'll be uploading our own pictures to Flickr and Facebook soon.
Renay San Miguel, our MC, did a fantastic job keeping the pace and energy on the ceremony, we had a stunning speech by Glenn Kelman on pursuing our dreams, and an amazing group of presenters and winners, with Dave Schappell presenting the Best Venture Capitalist category and delivering one of the best lines of the night while naming the finalists: "You are all great...we really need to see more market traction as Venture Capitalists before we pick the winner".
Danielle Morrill and Brian Westbrook, our Live Stream Hosts, did a fantastic job interviewing finalists, presenters and attendees before and after the event. We'll compile a best moment list and put it here. But you can watch the raw feed on
our UStream channel.
Thank you all for coming and one last thanks to the event sponsors:
