    It doesn't look like things are slowing down on Tech-Startup land, with 11 new startups debuting at this month's list.

    Honorable mentions on the top movers are eyealike (up 77), BrandVerity (up 64), Alerts.com (up 58) and Ameritocracy (up 56).

    On the down side we have Napera (down 93), PerkyPoll (down 78), Ripl (down 76) and Minebox (down 71).
