It’s our pleasure to announce that Glenn Kelman, CEO of Redfin, will be the guest speaker at the Seattle 2.0 Awards event. Glenn is a very inspirational speaker with his feet firmly grounded. We picked him out of about 20+ people we were considering because he’s well involved with the startup community by being a CEO and entrepreneur, by advising dozens of entrepreneurs and startups and by also putting together great events the entire startup community in Seattle has benefited from.
If you are an entrepreneur or investor and you have not heard him speak before this is a great setting to get a dose of inspiration and reality. He has probably been the most transparent CEO in Seattle (read Andy Liu's post on Redfin), not only writing his mind on his blog but sharing more information (including financial) than any other CEO that I know off.
